How to View Housing Application Status

You can view your status anytime on the Housing Portal under Apps and Forms.

Status Definitions

  • In Progress – You started the application but haven’t completed it.
  • Under Review – You submitted the application and it’s being reviewed by Housing staff.
  • Waitlist – You’re waiting for an invitation based on availability.
    (Note: Current residents who miss the renewal deadline are moved to the waitlist.)
  • Approved – You’ve been approved! Watch for next steps to complete.
  • Resident – You’ve signed your contract and secured housing.
  • Cancelled – Your contract was terminated by you or the university.
