Roommate and Unit Agreements

To promote positive communication and interpersonal relationships, all residents are required to complete both a Roommate Agreement and a Unit Agreement at the beginning of each semester.

  • The Roommate Agreement is completed between roommates to discuss and set expectations for sharing items, cleanliness, schedules, guests, and media usage. 
  • The Unit Agreement is completed by all unit members to ensure mutual understanding regarding shared spaces, cleaning responsibilities, noise levels, and communal expectations.

Once you and your roommates or unit have completed your agreement, please submit it to Residential Living using the appropriate form below.
