Current residents who have renewed their contract and selected a different bed space will be able to transfer to their new room during the designated transfer day at the end of the semester.
Transfer Checkout from Current Room (No later than 10:00 am)
Residents must vacate and check out of their current room no later than 10:00 am
- The bed space must be completely cleared of all personal belongings.
- The area must be cleaned to Housing Inspection standards.
Residents should thoroughly clear and clean their bed space to avoid confiscation and cleaning charges.
Transfer Check-In to Your New Room (2-8 pm)
Check-ins will take place at the Hale 3 and Hale 5 offices between 2:00–8:00 pm Residents should bring their university ID card and the bed bug cover from their previous bed space.
