Current residents who have renewed their contract and selected a different bed space will be able to transfer to their new room during the designated transfer day at the end of the semester.
Transfer Checkout from Current Room (No later than 10:00 am)
You must vacate and check out of your current room no later than 10:00 am.
- Your bed space must be completely cleared of all your belongings.
- The area must be cleaned to a Housing Inspection Standard.
Please clear and clean your bed space thoroughly to avoid confiscation and cleaning charges.
Transfer Check-In to Your New Room (2–8:00 pm)
Check-ins will take place at the Hale 3 and Hale 5 offices between 2–8:00 pm. Please make sure that you have your university ID card and the bed bug cover from your previous bed space with you.
