How to Renew Hale Contract

⏰ Apply and sign before the deadline to avoid fees. Late applications are added to the waitlist, and housing is not guaranteed.

Log on to the Housing Portal.

1. From your dashboard, click Apps and Forms.
2. Locate the Hale application for the next semester and click Continue Application.
3. Review your profile and request edits if needed. Then, click Continue.
4. Answer all required questions and click Complete.
5. Confirm submission in the pop-up by clicking Submit.

After submitting your application, you will be able to sign your housing contract. You must sign the contract by the renewal deadline.

1. Immediately after submitting your application, locate Docs to Sign and click Start Signing.
   
   1. If you closed the page after submitting your application, you can access the document through your Housing Cloud Dashboard. Under Action List, locate Sign Documents and click Start.
2. Enter your ID in the pop-up and click Submit and Start Signing.
3. Create and approve your signature.
4. Review the contract carefully — it’s legally binding.
5. Click Insert Signature to complete the signing process.

✅Once you have completed both steps—submitting your application and signing your contract—your renewal is complete. Your current room will automatically be saved for you. If you would like to move to a different room, you may select a new room during the Room Selection period. Dates are listed in the Room Selection Dates section.
