How to Renew TVA Contract
Caution
To renew your TVA contract, you must be the Primary Resident — the spouse who is:
- Academically eligible to remain in TVA, and
- Responsible for the full rent charge
Step 1: Apply for the next semester
- Log on to the Housing Portal.
- On your dashboard, click 'Apps and Forms'.
- Find the Temple View Apartments (TVA) application for next semester and click 'Start Application'.
- Review your profile. Request edits if needed, then click 'Continue'.
- Answer all required questions and click 'Complete'.
- Confirm submission in the pop-up by clicking 'Submit'.
✅Your application is now submitted.
Step 2: Application under review
- Your application will show as 'Under Review.' No action is needed during this time.
You can track your status anytime under 'Apps and Forms.'
⏰ Apply before the deadline to be approved. Late applications are added to the waitlist, and housing is not guaranteed.
✏️ You can make changes to your application while it’s still under review.
Step 3: Sign contract
Once approved, you’ll get a notification to sign your contract. You’ll have 7 days to complete it.
- Go to 'Apps and Forms' and click 'Manage' on your approved application.
- Select 'Additional Docs'.
- Under Docs to Sign, click 'Start Signing' under the contract.
In the pop-up, enter:
- Your student ID (primary resident)
- Your spouse’s full name
- Your spouse’s ID (enter 0 if they don’t have one)
- Click 'Submit and Start Signing'.
- Create and approve your signature.
- Review the contract carefully — it’s legally binding.
- Click 'Insert Signature' to sign and secure your housing.
