Hale Types and Features

Different room layouts, floor plans, features, and requirements are found in the different hales. Limited private rooms are available throughout the Hales. Review each hale to learn more about the different housing arrangements available.

Dormitory Style: Shared bedrooms and shared bathrooms. Dormitory-style buildings do not have kitchens.
Hybrid Style: Shared rooms in units with shared partial kitchen (microwave and fridge) and in-unit laundry.
Apartment Style: Shared room and in-unit kitchens and bathrooms. The laundry is centrally located in the building in some hales while other hales (11-13) include in-unit laundry.
