Single On-Campus Housing
Published rates are the room cost for the entire semester. Utilities are included. Rental rates are subject to change. Rent increases occur every year.
Rent Charges
Rent charges will be placed on each resident student's account within one month before the start of the semester. Rent charges are due in full at the beginning of each semester.
Making Payments
Residents can check their accounts and make payments online through their student account in the Student Center. Students who fail to pay on time will have a financial hold placed on their account until the payment is made. Housing Operations does not handle any payments.

Continuing Residents and Semester Breaks
Fall residents who renew their contract or book a room for the winter semester are required to book the winter break also and pay any associated fees. There are no exceptions. The university does not offer a checkout option for continuing residents. Residents who have a winter booking may reside and/or leave their belongings in their rooms during this break. Residents who do not reside in the room or who check out of the room but are returning for the next semester are responsible for the winter break fee.
Winter residents who renew their contract or book a room for the spring semester are permitted to reside and/or leave their belongings in their rooms during the days between the winter and spring semesters.
Dorm Room Rate
Dorm-style rooms are located in Hale 2, 7, 8, and 9. Dorm-style rooms do not have access to a kitchen. Students in dorm-style housing are required to purchase a meal plan, with an estimated cost of $8,000 for the academic year. Please visit the Food Services for exact pricing.
First Year Students: Freshmen and 'first-year students' typically are assigned to first-year dorm-style residence halls.

Hybrid-style rooms are located in Hale 11, 12, and 13. They include a shared partial kitchen (microwave and fridge) and in-unit laundry.

Apartment Room Rate
Apartment-style rooms have in-unit kitchens. Apartments are located in Hale 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 10. Limited apartments are available in Hales 11, 12, and 13, which also include in-unit laundry.
